Ordering sportswear can be a complicated process so we have put together some frequently asked questions to help you through the process. If there is something that we don't cover here, feel free to fill out the form at the bottom of the page or send us an email to sales@emusportswear.com.au

WHERE DO I START?

Know exactly what you want? Click on our 'Kitbuilder' button above and browse through our various sports and designs, pick your colours, upload your logo and your’e on your way!


Not sure? Give us a call or head over to ‘Contact Us’ to send us an email and one of our designers will get back to you to talk about your apparel needs. We can create multiple designs for you to choose from and you can customise and change anything as we go.

CAN I GET SAMPLES TO TRY?

We encourage it! If your’e not sure about sizing you can download our size guide here or alternatively ask us to gather some samples for you to come into our office and try on.

WHAT IS EV2?

EV2 is EMU’s international branch based in the UK.

CAN YOU DESIGN A LOGO FOR ME?

Absolutely! For a cost we can completely customise a brand new logo for you.

WHEN I SEND YOU LOGOS CAN I SEND YOU JPEG'S, PNG'S OR PDF'S?

Yes you can. Ideally when you send your logos to us we prefer 'vector' logos to work with as they are the best to use. If you only have image files (jpeg's, png's, tiff or bitmap files) these are ok however we will have to re-draw them which will take longer to get the artwork back to you.  

HOW CUSTOM MADE CAN WE MAKE THEM?

We can customise the sportswear with any designs with any colours, logos or wording. We strive to provide you with the exact look you want and if you have more questions, don't hesitate to get in contact with us today.

PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Our terms are:
50% deposit when the order has been placed with the remaining 50% due once the order is ready to be delivered or picked up.

We accept the following payment types:
- Bank transfer
- Eftpos
- Visa and Mastercard
- Cash


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Orders take 6 weeks from the date of the final approval although there can be elements out of our control that can affect this timeframe. These include:

Chinese New Year

- The first day of Chinese New Year begins on the new moon that appears between 21 January and 20 February. This means that Chinese New Year is different every year.

Freight

- We have 2 ways that we freight orders from overseas to Australia, sea freight & air freight. Generally we sea freight all items however if it is needed earlier we can air freight your order however there are addititional costs associated to this.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS?

We are committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you will enjoy. We are also aware that for one reason or another there may be a need to exchange or return your purchase.

Please Note; Unless the items you received are faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on:All Jerseys Personalised with a Name, Number, Long Sleeves, Player Fit, or between Sizes 3XL – 7XLAny Personalised or made to order goods NB: This includes all club shop itemsIt can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed if you choose to send it back to us via Post Office or parcel collection service. We cannot refund postage & packaging on unsuitable items and are unable to refund costs for any method of posting other than those detailed here.
